These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stratus mobile application and related services (the "Service") operated by Stratus Network LLC ("Stratus," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the Service with permission of a parent or legal guardian. Some regions require a higher minimum age; where required by law, you must meet that age to use the Service.

You retain ownership of your content. By posting content, you grant Stratus a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content only as needed to operate, improve, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have rights to the content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
The Service and its content (excluding user content) are owned by Stratus and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without permission.
The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., flight data providers, Firebase, Apple, Google). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.
Flight data is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee accuracy or timeliness. Do not use the Service for flight planning, navigation, or safety-critical decisions.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will provide notice. You may delete your account at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).
You agree to indemnify Stratus for claims arising from your use of the Service or your content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, unless prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app or on our website). Continued use means acceptance.
